CeRu2Al10长程有序态的中子散射研究

摘要

我们对正交晶系CeRu2Al10的多晶和单晶样品进行了弹性和非弹性中子散射测量。在T0 = 27 K以下形成的有序态被确认为具有波矢k = (1,0,0)的长程反铁磁态。在粉末样品上测得的有序相磁谱响应特征为:存在自旋能隙以及在8 meV处有一个明显峰,其Q依赖性表明其具有磁性起源。当温度升至T0时,这两个特征均被抑制,并在40 K时观察到常规弛豫行为。本文结合同一化合物近期的磁化结果讨论了这种奇特的自旋动力学。
