摘要
在三代轻子框架内，我给出了真空中与物质中的中微子混合和CP破坏参数之间一个清晰的解析关系。这种与模型和参数化无关的结果，对于从未来的长基线中微子实验中重新构建基本轻子味混合矩阵将特别有用。
