宽场天文图像中的神经网络与星/星系分离

摘要
从宽场天文图像(包括摄影板和CCD帧)中提取科学有用信息最相关的问题之一是对噪声背景下的目标识别以及其在未解析(星状)和已解析(星系)源之间的分类。在本文中,我们提出了一种基于神经网络的方法,能够完成这两个任务并详细讨论了在代表性天体场中的目标检测性能。我们的方法性能与其他常用于天文社区的其他方法进行了比较。
