摘要
吸附在金属表面的贵金属原子（平均上）会向亚材料金属捐出一部分电子电荷。这一效应被观察到为吸附性电子工作函数的改变。有效的净原子电荷与原子与金属间结合能之间的关系在理论上被探讨。
