利用石墨烯膜非线性响应的窄带纳米机械质量测量

摘要
我们提出了一种利用具有简并本征模的二维纳米谐振器的非线性响应来测量单个粒子质量的方案。通过数值和解析计算，我们证明，通过驱动方形石墨烯纳米谐振器进入非线性区域，可以同时确定添加粒子的质量和位置。此外，该方案仅需在基频共振附近的窄频带内进行测量。
