镍掺杂LaFeAsO中的窄超导窗口

摘要

我们通过X射线衍射、电阻率、磁化率和热容测量,研究了LaFe1x_{1-x}Nix_{x}AsO(0x0.10\leq x \leq0.1)中镍替代的影响。镍掺杂显著抑制了母体化合物中与自旋密度波序相关的电阻率异常。超导电性出现在0.03x0.060.03\leq x \leq0.06的窄区间内,在xx=0.04处最大TcT_c为6.5 K,同时观察到磁化率增强。零温上临界场估计超过泡利顺磁极限。与LaFeAsO1x_{1-x}Fx_{x}体系相比,其TcT_c显著降低,文中对此进行了讨论。
