摘要
我们通过X射线衍射、电阻率、磁化率和热容测量,研究了LaFeNiAsO()中镍替代的影响。镍掺杂显著抑制了母体化合物中与自旋密度波序相关的电阻率异常。超导电性出现在的窄区间内,在=0.04处最大为6.5 K,同时观察到磁化率增强。零温上临界场估计超过泡利顺磁极限。与LaFeAsOF体系相比,其显著降低,文中对此进行了讨论。
