铁基超导体中的多重拓扑态

摘要

拓扑绝缘体、拓扑半金属以及非常规铁基超导体近期在凝聚态物理中备受关注。然而此前,这两个活跃领域间鲜有重叠,尽管拓扑能带与超导性的主要结合有望带来前所未有的奇异超导态和马约拉纳束缚态(MBSs)——拓扑量子计算的核心构件。随着基于激光的自旋分辨和角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)向高能量与动量分辨率发展,我们分别在铁基超导体 Li(Fe,Co)As 和 Fe(Te,Se) 中解析出费米能级(EFE_{\text{F}})附近的拓扑绝缘体(TI)和拓扑狄拉克半金属(TDS)能带。TI 和 TDS 能带可通过载流子掺杂单独调节至靠近 EFE_{\text{F}},从而在同一材料中潜在获取大量不同的超导拓扑态。我们的结果揭示了铁基超导体中超导性与多重拓扑态的普遍共存,使这些材料成为高-TcT_{\text{c}} 拓扑超导的有前景平台。
