Gd1-xSmxMn2Ge2化合物中的多重磁转变和磁热效应

研究了Gd1-xSmxMn2Ge2多晶样品的磁性和磁热性质。除GdMn2Ge2外，所有化合物均表现出重入铁磁行为。在这些化合物中观察到的多重磁转变基于稀土和Mn亚晶格交换强度的温度依赖性进行了解释。发现磁热效应在重入铁磁转变处为正，而在反铁磁-铁磁转变处为负。在SmMn2Ge2中，与重入转变相关的磁熵变随场增加而减小，这归因于晶场能级的混合效应。发现等温磁熵变随Sm浓度增加而减小。
