面向大容量光网络的多波长转发器:一项物理层感知的网络规划研究

摘要

光网络中持续具备成本与功耗效率的容量扩展,对于跟上不断增长的流量需求至关重要。本文研究多波长转发器作为一种潜在的发展方向。我们识别并分析了适用于多波长转发器的系统架构与现实规格,考量其发射端OSNR代价与频谱约束。在网络规划研究中,基于两种网络拓扑,我们将不同规格与单波长转发器进行比较,制定了多波长转发器规格及其潜在收益的指导意见。研究表明,所需激光器数量最多可减少83%,代价是光路径数量略有增加,展示了显著的降本与增效潜力。
