热囚禁离子的多粒子纠缠

摘要
我们提出了一种在离子阱中产生离子多粒子纠缠态的有效方法,此类纠缠态已被建议可用于广泛有趣的现象与应用。我们的制备方案利用离子的集体振动运动,但其工作方式使得该运动在实验中不必被完全控制。例如,离子可处于热运动中并与周围热浴交换机械能,而不对内部态制备产生有害影响。我们的方案不需要单独接触阱中的各个离子。
