摘要
我们提出C++程序库mr，它使我们能够可靠地计算标准模型在高能标下的跑动参数值。初始条件通过将重整化方案中的跑动参数与低能下的可观测量相联系而获得，具有完整的两圈精度。随后按照重整化群方程进行演化，具有完整的三圈精度。对匹配和跑动的纯QCD修正包含至四圈。我们还为该程序库提供了Mathematica接口。
