近距离早型强型经典射电星系中的分子气体

摘要
我们报告了对近距离强型射电星系中分子气体的调查。观测的18个射电星系中，有8个被检测到，分子质量范围为10^7--10^9太阳质量，与我们对3C射电星系所进行的相同调查结果相似。其余星系的分子气体上限通常为10^8太阳质量，表明极少数射电星系拥有超过10^9太阳质量的分子气体储备。
