Accretion-Ejection Instability (AEI) 被提出用于解释低质量 X 射线二级天文台中观察到的低频准周期振荡 (QPO)。其频率通常为盘内半径开普勒频率的分数，符合观察指示的范围。通过数值模拟，我们将展示该不稳定性如何产生 X 射线通量调制以及其特征。需要更多的模拟，尤其是 3D MHD 模拟。我们将简要介绍一种新开发的代码：AstroBear 它将允许我们创建合成光谱。
