摘要
本文考察了 inter-grain 分布以及复合金-绝缘体薄膜中复阻抗的尺度化，以分析其频率依赖性。我们展示了特征频率随 inter-grain 分布的依赖性对于大样本大小。阻抗光谱在约 200x200 的尺寸以上变得统计上稳定。
