摘要
本博士论文展示了接入网络技术技术经济建模的研究现状，给出了通用技术经济模型应具备的特征，并基于这些特征对文献中的技术经济模型进行了分类与分析。为缩小文献中所发现的差距，作者定义并开发了一个称为 UTEM 的通用技术经济模型（Universal Techno-Economic Model）及相应方法，以在考虑所有市场参与者视角的多个领域中将技术经济评估工业化，该模型亦适用于技术咨询，并在特定使用许可下向所有行业利益相关者开放。
