摘要
在放射治疗规划中，不准确的器官分割若未被临床医生检测，可能导致治疗递送次优。为此，我们开发了一种基于去噪自编码器的方法来检测不准确的器官分割。我们将噪声应用于器官分割的真实标签，要求自编码器对其进行去噪。通过将该方法应用于 MR 和 CT 扫描生成的器官分割，我们展示了该方法对成像模态具有无关性。通过提供重构结果，我们的方法为检测次优器官分割提供了更具解释性的信息。我们将方法与文献中现有方法进行了比较，结果表明该方法在大多数器官上实现了优异的性能。
