分布式多输入多输出 (D-MIMO) 是一项极具前景的技术，通过光纤连接分布式天线阵列来实现大规模 MIMO 的增益，从而克服共置 MIMO 的尺寸限制。在本文中，我们引入了移动 D-MIMO (MD-MIMO) 网络的概念，作为 D-MIMO 技术的进一步扩展，其中分布式天线阵列通过无线链路连接到基站，允许所有无线网络节点移动。这种方法显著提高了部署灵活性并降低了运营成本，使网络能够适应下一代 (NextG) 网络的高度动态特性。我们讨论了 MD-MIMO 的用例、系统设计、网络架构和关键使能技术。此外，我们研究了用于车载网络的 MD-MIMO 案例，并给出了下行链路和上行链路的详细性能评估。结果表明，MD-MIMO 网络可以在网络吞吐量和可靠性方面提供实质性改进。
