摘要
脑微出血是在 T2* 加权 MRI 或其他对磁敏感效应敏感的序列上可见的小而暗的圆形病灶。本工作中，我们提出一种用于微出血检测与分割的多阶段方法。首先，利用 Mask R-CNN 技术检测可能的微出血位置。其次，在每个可能的微出血位置，由一个简单的 U-Net 执行最终分割。本工作使用了 MICCAI 2021 的“Where is VALDO?”挑战赛提供的 72 名受试者作为训练数据。
