随机扰动测量法：在光发射实验中的应用

摘要
我们报告了同时扰动随机逼近（SPSA）算法在滤除光发射数据中具有非零均值的系统噪声（SN）方面的一项应用。在我们的分析中，使用了一系列 50 个 W(110) 表面的单次扫描光发射谱，其中加入了随机选择的系统噪声。研究发现，经 SPSA 评估得到的谱与无系统噪声条件下测量的谱吻合良好。基于我们的结果，预计 SPSA 将在实验数据评估中得到广泛应用。
