摘要
黑洞是宇宙的终极监狱，是时空中的区域，其巨大的引力禁止物质甚至光逃逸至无穷远。然而，落向黑洞的物质可能会发出耀眼的光芒，产生最强的辐射源。这些源为我们提供了地球上无法实现的极端物理条件的天体物理实验室。本章综述了向黑洞输送物质的基本“菜单”，并讨论了其观测意义。
