“多孔”涡旋物质的熔化

摘要

苦味酸装饰和磁光研究表明,在重离子辐照的超导体中,当涡旋数量超过柱状缺陷时,会形成“多孔”涡旋物质。在这种状态下,有序的涡旋微晶嵌入在由柱状缺陷钉扎的刚性涡旋基质的“孔隙”中。微晶通过一级相变熔化,而基质保持固态。熔化温度随柱状缺陷密度增加而升高,并最终转变为连续相变。在高温下,熔化线上出现一个尖锐的扭结,标志着从微晶熔化到刚性基质熔化的突然转变。
