利用 JETSCAPE 对强子和喷注数据进行贝叶斯推断分析测量喷注淬火

摘要

JETSCAPE 合作组报告了首个利用贝叶斯推断对 QGP 喷注输运参数 q^\hat{q} 的多信使研究,整合了来自 RHIC 和 LHC 的所有可用强子和喷注单举产额及喷注子结构数据。理论模型采用依赖于虚度的介质内部分子能量损失,并与详细的 QGP 演化动力学模型耦合。在利用单举强子数据的不同运动学截断约束 q^\hat{q} 时,观察到张力。加入子结构数据后显示改善了对 q^\hat{q} 的约束,且未引发与单举观测量约束之间的张力。这些研究为物质中喷注相互作用的机制提供了新的洞见,并指明了该领域全面理解喷注淬火作为 QGP 探针的后续步骤。
