利用带电粒子径迹测量顶夸克质量

摘要
我们利用CDF II探测器收集的约1.9 fb^{-1}积分亮度数据，在轻子加喷注道中进行了三项顶夸克质量测量，这些测量使用了对标度能量依赖性最小的量。一项测量利用b标记喷注的横向衰变长度确定顶夸克质量为166.9^{+9.5}_{-8.5} (统计) ± 2.9 (系统) GeV/c^2，另一项利用W玻色子衰变中电子和缪子的横向动量确定顶夸克质量为173.5^{+8.8}_{-8.9} (统计) ± 3.8 (系统) GeV/c^2。这些量在第三项同步质量测量中结合，确定顶夸克质量为170.7 ± 6.3 (统计) ± 2.6 (系统) GeV/c^2。
