针对CTA相机优化电子学设计的FBK硅传感器测量与测试

摘要

2013年10月,意大利部委批准资助一项研发(R&D)研究,属于"Progetto Premiale TElescopi CHErenkov made in Italy (TECHE)"项目,致力于为切伦科夫望远镜阵列(CTA)联盟开发相机演示器。该演示器由基于硅光电倍增管(SiPM)技术的传感器平面和用于信号采样的电子学组成。将介绍由Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK-意大利特伦托)生产的传感器矩阵和由SITAEL S.p.A.生产的电子学原型的初步测试结果。特别地,我们使用了不同的电子学设计,以优化输出信号的尾部消除。这对于像CTA实验这样预期有高本底的应用至关重要。
