测量与退相干

给出了关于量子力学中测量问题及其通过环境诱导退相干（以及退相干的其他一些重要方面）的部分解决的教学性且合理自洽的介绍。明确指出了退相干并未完全解决测量问题。简要讨论了量子力学诠释在此背景下的相关性。
