利用 CLAS 通过旁观者标记测量中子 F2 结构函数

摘要
我们报告了首次测量电子-氘核半非弹性散射中的中子 F2 结构函数,其中在后半球探测到了低动量质子。将旁观质子的动量限制在 MeV 且其相对于动量转移的角度限制在 度,允许将该过程解释为从近在壳中子上的散射。收集的 数据覆盖了核子共振区和深度非弹性区,Bjorken 跨越很宽的范围, GeV,其中核修正带来的不确定性估计小于百分之几。这些测量在 范围内首次确定了中子与质子结构函数之比 ,且由核效应引起的不确定性很小。
