在费米实验室Tevatron质子-反质子对撞机上使用基于锥体的喷注算法测量包含喷注截面

摘要
我们基于CDF II探测器收集的积分亮度为1.13 fb^-1的数据,展示了在sqrt{s}=1.96 TeV的质子-反质子对撞中包含喷注截面的测量结果。该测量使用基于锥体的Midpoint喷注聚类算法,在|y|<2.1的快度区域内进行。结果与基于最新部分子分布函数的次领头阶微扰QCD预言一致,并有望提高高部分子动量分数x处部分子分布函数的精度。结果还与近期使用k_T喷注聚类算法的包含喷注截面测量进行了比较,我们发现两种算法测得的截面之比在喷注横动量和快度的大范围内与理论预期相符。
