利用广义运动学不平衡变量测量MicroBooNE探测器中中微子-氩相互作用的核效应

摘要

我们提出一组可在中微子散射中测量的新广义运动学不平衡变量。这些变量扩展了先前在横平面上运动学不平衡的测量,并对核效应建模更为敏感。我们通过模拟展示了这些变量的增强能力,随后使用MicroBooNE探测器首次对它们进行了测量。我们报告了以末态含一个μ子和一个质子的拓扑结构、作为这些新颖运动学不平衡函数的通量积分带电-current μ子中微子氩散射的单微分与双微分测量。这些测量使我们能够证明GENIE 2版中对带电电流准弹性相互作用的处理不足以描述数据。此外,它们揭示了与更现代事件生成器预测间的张力,尤其在末态相互作用重要的相空间区域。
