纵向极化氘靶上深度虚康普顿散射相关方位角不对称性的测量

摘要
在纵向极化氘靶上,分别针对仅靶极化以及靶极化与束流螺旋性和/或束流电荷组合的情况,测量了从靶上出射的实光子独占电产生过程中的方位角不对称性。这些不对称性出现在实光子相对于轻子散射平面、围绕虚光子方向的方位角的分布中。这些不对称性源于深度虚康普顿散射过程及其与贝特-海特勒过程的干涉。结果表明,来自矢量极化为零的张量极化氘靶的束流电荷和束流螺旋性不对称性与来自非极化氘靶的结果一致,这符合在较大动量转移下非相干散射占主导的预期。此外,发现单靶自旋不对称性和双自旋不对称性的结果与先前在氢靶上测量的相应不对称性一致。对于靶上动量转移较小的氘核相干散射,这些发现意味着张量对截面的贡献很小。此外,发现张量不对称性与零一致。
