利用时间分辨束流参数测量系统和磁分析器模式测量电子束能量

摘要
时间分辨束流参数测量系统可在直线感应加速器（LIA）中实现电子束能量的测量。本文介绍了时间分辨束流参数测量系统的工作原理和方法，并展示了能量测量的实验布局。描述了磁分析器的原理，在硬边近似下，其弯曲半径为 300 mm，弯曲角度为 60 度。测得的能量约为 18 MeV，最大能量变化为 2%。
