摘要
MCP Server Proto-OKN (mcp-proto-okn) 是一个基于 Python 的模型上下文协议服务器，使 AI 助手能够通过自然语言发现、检查、查询和集成科学知识图谱。该服务器提供图路由、模式检查、SPARQL 执行、本体扩展、多图查询和 transcript 生成，降低了面向生物医药和科学用户的跨域知识图谱分析门槛。mcp-proto-okn 采用 FastMCP 框架实现，已在 https://github.com/sbl-sdsc/mcp-proto-okn 提供。GitHub 仓库中提供了文档、客户端配置说明以及示例分析 transcript。
