非线性量子光子电路中单光子衰变的高效双光子生成

摘要
我们发展了一种通用的非微扰形式体系，并提出了一种通过单光子参量衰变实现双光子态最大效率生成的特定方案。我们表明，集成光学中著名的临界耦合概念可推广至量子化光子模式的非线性耦合，以描述单光子非线性的非微扰最优 regime，并确立量子关联光子非线性生成效率的基本上限，在足够低的吸收损耗下该上限趋近于 1。
