摘要
我们通过引入常规中微子与 sterile 中微子之间的最大混合来解释太阳与大气中微子问题。我们通过引入类似于 seesaw 的机制来实现这一目标，该机制不仅给出最大混合的中微子/sterile 中微子质量本征态，还考虑了中微子质量相对于带电费米子质量的相对抑制。为了获得这种扩展的 seesaw 机制，我们需要引入一个新的 U(1) 全局对称性以及扩展的希格斯 sector。
