本文展示了第三届国际学生密码学奥林匹克竞赛 NSUCRYPTO'2016 的数学问题及其解答。我们考虑了与代数免疫向量布尔函数的构造和大 Fermat 数相关的数学问题，关于秘密共享方案和伪随机二进制序列、生物特征密码系统和区块链技术等问题。还讨论了数学密码学中的两个开放问题，并描述了其中一位参与者在奥林匹克竞赛期间提出的一个问题的解决方案。这在奥林匹克竞赛历史上尚属首次。
