摘要
研究了核质量对致密/中子星质量-半径关系的影响。除质量外，核由其半径和表面压强参数化，其支撑外部的单组分标准模型（SM）物质。该核可容纳具有未指定（或知之甚少）状态方程的 SM 物质，或多种组分，例如由超出 SM 的暗物质和/或镜像世界物质等的混合物组成。因此，致密星可允许的质量和半径范围可被显著扩展。
