摘要
为庆祝 Henny Lamers 退休后贡献的质量损失研究，举办了一场会议。星体质量损失对于理解巨型星的生命周期及其环境至关重要。Henny 在我们理解热星风的许多方面做出了重要贡献。本文重点介绍了会议中星体部分的主要内容：(i) O 星风 clumping，(ii) 位于 Eddington 极限附近的质量损失，以及 (iii) Wolf-Rayet 风的驱动机制。
