三个矮星系扩展HI分布的测绘

摘要
我们展示了使用单口径绿岸望远镜获得的以矮不规则星系Sextans A、NGC 2366和WLM为中心的大视场HI谱线发射图。我们没有探测到与这些星系相关的、由Effelsberg观测（Huchtmeier等人1981年）所报告的扩展发射裙边。这些星系在10^19原子/厘米^2处的HI与光学范围的比值反而为2-3，这对于此类星系来说是正常的。没有证据表明HI分布在≥10^19原子/厘米^2处存在截断。
