垂直蜿蜒形 CoFeB 薄膜中的磁子能带结构

摘要

通过布里渊光散射光谱研究了由相互成 90° 角的线段组成的垂直蜿蜒形 CoFeB 薄膜中自旋波的色散。我们揭示了若干色散支的周期性特征,以及自旋波允许或禁止传播的交替频率范围。值得注意的是,仅对于波数 k=nπ/a(其中 n 为偶整数,a 为蜿蜒单元胞尺寸),在每对相邻模式之间存在频率带隙,而对于其他波数,光谱在正交薄膜线段中显示出传播模式。微磁模拟与解析计算使我们能够根据模式的空间局域化与对称性来理解和解释结果。所得结果展示了三维中的波传播,为用于信号处理的多级磁子架构开辟了道路。
