(Mn,Fe)3(P,Si) 体系的磁结构研究

摘要
利用 X 射线衍射、DSC 和磁化强度测量，本文构建并报道了 (Mn,Fe)3(Si,P) 体系的磁结构图。除了已知的 Mn3-xFexSi 体系的立方相以及 Mn3-xFexP 体系的四方相和正交相之外，在 Mn3-xFexSi1-yPy 中观察到了一个新的六方相，其近似范围为 0.2<x<2.0 和 0.2<y<0.9。磁化强度测量不仅证实了 Mn3-xFexSi 和 Mn3-xFexP 体系已知的性质，还进一步揭示了其细节。
