摘要
我们提出了一种研究单个磁性纳米元件吉赫兹磁化动力学的方法。通过将频域方法与微焦点克尔效应检测相结合，实现了具有亚微米空间分辨率的高灵敏度磁化动力学探测。该方法允许记录单个纳米结构的频谱。文中展示了关于软磁薄片中均匀进动的结果。
