稀土镍硼碳化物的磁性结构

摘要
我们提出了磁性稀土镍硼碳化物(RENiBC, RE=Ho, Er, Tm)的理论。大的总角动量允许采用半经典近似,并将问题简化为四位置时钟模型。后者在面内磁场方向变化时,给出了磁场-磁矩平面中的正确相图。该理论解释了最近的实验观测结果。PACS: 74.72.Ny, 75.30.Cr, 75.30.Kz, 75.10.Dg
