摘要
通过时域 Kerr 显微镜研究了具有垂直各向异性的(Pt/Co)5/Pt/IrMn多层结构的磁化松弛。对于上升和下降施加的场,磁化反转均通过核化和域壁传播实现,但在下降支路中观察到的核化密度明显更大,该支路的场方向与交换偏置场方向相反。这些结果可通过考虑交换偏置场局部各向异性不均匀性来解释。
