欧B6中的磁极子与磁阻

摘要
欧B6是一种低载流子密度的铁磁体，表现出较大的磁阻，磁阻的符号随温度而变化。自旋翻转拉曼散射实验已建议其在磁临界温度上方形成磁极子。我们指出，欧B6是一种半金属体，必须将其半金属性纳入对其电子性质（包括磁极子和磁阻）的解释之中。
