磁热材料 TmFeO$_3$ 的磁相图

摘要
在外部磁场中对 TmFeO 单晶体进行了中子衍射实验。沿 轴的磁场提高了从 相到 相的自旋重取向转变温度 。沿 轴施加磁场导致 降低并形成新相。基于 Bragg 反射强度的温度和磁场依赖性，提出了磁诱导相的构型。
