抛物量子点中单电子与双电子相互作用谱上的磁指纹

摘要
通过一种伪微扰方法学方案，研究了抛物量子点(QD)中与带负电离子相互作用的电子、以及该点中两个相互作用电子的谱上的磁指纹。研究了离子-电子与电子-电子相互作用对谱的影响。强调了该问题对称性的影响。与 Zhu 等人[6]通过级数解所得结果相比，发现结果高度吻合。并给出了更高的激发态。
