多晶 $\mathrm{Tb_{0.15}Co_{0.85}}$ 中的磁关联

摘要

我们通过磁强计测量和小角中子散射(SANS)研究了亚铁磁化合物 Tb0.15Co0.85\mathrm{Tb_{0.15}Co_{0.85}} 的多晶样品。300 K 下的磁化曲线是软亚铁磁体的特征,但在 5 K 下磁滞表明存在磁畴。磁 SANS 信号表明,在 300 K 时 Tb 与 Co 磁矩在微米级晶粒内的大体积范围内关联,关联长度 > 100 nm。然而在 5 K 时,磁 SANS 分析揭示关联长度减小至约 4.5 nm,表明该亚铁磁体内形成了窄磁畴,其一维尺度处于 nm 范围。我们将观察到的畴结构变化归因于 Tb 子晶格磁性质的温度依赖性。
