摘要
我们提出使用掩码自编码器（MAE）——一种在图像修复上自监督训练的 transformer 模型——进行异常检测（AD）。假设异常区域相比正常区域更难重建。MAEDAY 是首个基于图像重建的异常检测方法，其利用预训练模型，从而能够用于少样本异常检测（FSAD）。我们也展示同一方法在零样本 AD（ZSAD）与零样本异物检测（ZSFOD）这些没有可用正常样本的新任务上出奇地有效。代码可在 https://github.com/EliSchwartz/MAEDAY 获取。
