场致自旋转移矩导致的孵化延迟的宏自旋模型

摘要
我们证明，磁隧道结中缺乏预开关振荡（“孵化延迟”）可以通过宏自旋模型，由自旋转移矩中一个显著的场致分量来解释。进一步提出，在存在外部易轴磁场的情况下，测量隧道结开关时间的电压依赖性，可用于确定场致转矩的大小及其电压依赖性。
