欧洲同步辐射设施测量的光速各向同性极限降低

摘要

我们利用欧洲同步辐射设施(ESRF)在 Grenoble 的 GRAAL 设施中对散射电子的 Compton 边缘进行测量,并将其与宇宙微波背景偶极进行比较,发现统计误差之外存在最高达 10 个西格的变动。我们现在表明,这些变动并非由于加速器的频率变化所致。Compton 边缘的变动性质尚不明确,从而凸显了对光速各向同性专门研究的必要性。
