摘要
基本对称性的低能测试与中微子性质的研究为探索超出标准模型（BSM）的物理提供了一个强有力的窗口。在本文中，我们为后续一系列综述低能程序各方面进展与机遇的文章提供了一个基本理论框架。我们用有效的 BSM 质量标度阐明了不同低能探针的物理探索范围，并说明了该范围如何与高能前沿可及的范围相匹配，在某些情况下甚至超越了后者。
